1- Eat 2–3 types of green vegetables everyday

2 - Have tea with lemon/cinnamon or have green tea

3- Whole grains is also a good choice. You should have lots of vegetables with foods like pasta.

4- Pulses are good source of protein and they do not affect blood sugar levels like carbs.
